Thank you for your interest in nominating a family for our Brave Box program! Brave Like Ellie serves families affected by pediatric cancer. To nominate a family, please fill out the form below. We will contact the family directly to learn more about each family member’s interests and preferences. Our goal is to make each Brave Box meaningful to the family receiving it.
Due to Brave Like Ellie preparing & fulfilling Holiday Brave Boxes this time of year, applications received after October 10, 2023 will be reviewed in the first quarter of 2024.
